    Does advocate protect against sarcoptic mange? The back of the box lists it for Sarcoptes scabiei var. canis and for demodicosis and I have used for 3 treatments with a cleaning program and the dogs still have the mange. Would Revolution work better?

    Yes Advocate also protects against sarcoptic mange. Depending on the main ingredient, some different ones can work better than others on certain dogs. So yes, it's worth trying since Revolution and Stronghold are very popular. I use Stronghold myself.
