Retail rewards terms

Earn 2% in reward points on your own eligible paid purchases. One point is worth one US cent. Rewards are calculated on merchandise after discounts, excluding shipping, tax and payment fees, and rounded to the nearest point.

After your first paid order, your personal referral code appears in your rewards account. A new friend can use it once on their first order for $5 off a qualifying purchase of at least $50. You receive a one-time $5 bonus after that friend completes their first qualifying paid order.

Earn 1% on eligible purchases by your directly referred friends, and 0.5% on eligible purchases from customers they refer. Cancelled or refunded purchases can reverse associated rewards.

Once you have at least 2,000 points ($20), you can convert at least that amount into store credit or a one-time voucher. Store credit applies at checkout when signed in. Enter a voucher code at checkout using the account it was issued to. Any unused loyalty-voucher value on an eligible signed-in purchase is returned as store credit.

Points do not expire under the current programme. A voucher’s expiry is shown when it is issued and in My vouchers. All programme amounts are in USD. View your account for your balance, history and current group.
